About the role
- Monitor and manage email inboxes related to influencer outreach campaigns
- Respond to incoming influencer emails professionally and promptly
- Track and populate spreadsheets or CRM with influencer information
- Follow up on unanswered emails using provided templates and sequences
- Ensure all outreach conversations are organized, labeled, and up to date
- Collaborate with the marketing team to streamline outreach processes
- Assist in preparing lists of influencers for campaigns based on given criteria
- Utilize HubSpot, Instantly.ai, and other email marketing tools to manage campaigns and follow-ups
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, email outreach, or marketing operations
- Experience using HubSpot, Instantly.ai, or similar email marketing/CRM tools
- Strong written English communication skills for professional outreach and follow-ups
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations, campaigns, and spreadsheets simultaneously
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes carefully.
