About the role

  • Act as the functional expert for Workday HCM, Benefits, and Compensation modules.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.
  • Support and build Workday integrations, including Studio and PECI.
  • Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Responsible for configuration, change requests, enhancements, and production support.
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and smooth integration flows.
  • Collaborate with global teams working in PST time zones.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Workday HCM
  • Strong functional Experience of Benefits and Compensation modules.
  • Experience in Workday Integrations — Studio, PECI, EIB, Core Connectors is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable working PST shift (6 PM – 2 AM IST).
