About the role

  • Develop automated document templates based on client specifications using Avvoka’s no code document automation platform
  • Implement conditional logic, variable fields, and structured workflows to ensure documents are created reliably and efficiently
  • Work with our team to receive automation opportunities and briefings and translate structured instructions into functional, automated templates
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure templates generate correctly under various conditions
  • Troubleshoot formatting, logic, or templating errors and refine as needed
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their document automation needs and challenges
  • Modify and enhance existing client templates based on feedback and evolving business requirements

Requirements

  • Strong logical thinking skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word styling, numbering, and formatting
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with our internal Customer Success, Product and Dev teams
  • Bonus points if:
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools or low-code automation platforms
  • Understanding of conditional logic, data mapping, and API integrations
  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or SQL) for advanced automation
