Requirements
- Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails and backend architectures in production environments
- Strong understanding of web applications, RESTful APIs, and database design
- Hands-on experience with AI integration, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and cloud-based deployments
- Proven track record of performance optimization and scaling complex applications
- Bonus points if: You've worked in SaaS, legal tech, or highly regulated industries
- You've contributed to open-source projects or internal tooling
