About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on implementation projects, ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversions, rollouts and support of SAP FSCM solutions
Lead requirement-gathering workshops and define AS-IS and TO-BE processes
Prepare functional designs and specifications, supporting development teams
Configure and parameterize SAP FSCM modules
Support functional architecture definitions and integrations between modules
Execute and support unit, integration and UAT testing
Support cutover planning, go-live and hypercare activities
Guide key users and functional teams on SAP best practices
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders
Support clients in transforming financial processes using SAP S/4HANA solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent English (mandatory)
Proven experience as a Senior SAP FSCM Consultant
Demonstrated experience in migration/conversion from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA (Brownfield) and/or Greenfield implementations
Strong knowledge of SAP Credit Management, SAP Collections Management and SAP Dispute Management
Understanding of financial processes integrated with SAP FI, SD and Credit Management modules
Experience across all phases of the SAP project lifecycle using SAP Activate or equivalent methodology
Experience conducting workshops, requirements gathering and solution design
Experience with integration testing, cutover support and post-go-live stabilization
Knowledge of integrations between SAP modules and the impacts of conversion to SAP S/4HANA
Excellent communication, consultative profile and client relationship skills
Degree in Technology, Business or Finance-related fields
Advantage: experience in multicultural environments and LATAM
