About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will support our sales team with tenders, sales presentations and other exciting tasks
  • Proactively identify and develop qualified leads, acquire new customers and build sustainable customer relationships
  • Monitor competitors for strategic partner acquisition and identify growth opportunities
  • Implement and evaluate lead-generation activities across our digital channels
  • Support the creation of social posts and landing pages
  • Regularly prepare sales and marketing performance analyses
  • Organize (virtual) events together with us and assist with planning, execution and follow-up
  • Manage and contribute to strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate on and support special tasks and projects
  • Ensure a consistent brand presence in line with the current corporate design and contribute significantly to Avvale’s external image

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in sales, ideally in SAP or IT
  • Confident and persuasive manner with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Business-fluent German and good English skills
  • Structured and conscientious working style
  • Desirable: initial practical experience in online marketing and sales
  • Good knowledge of HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
