About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas, desde la prospección hasta el cierre, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos y KPIs establecidos.
- Identificar oportunidades y presentar soluciones personalizadas que aporten valor al cliente, con énfasis en sistemas como SAP y OneStream.
- Construir y gestionar un pipeline de ventas, manteniendo la información actualizada en el CRM.
- Realizar presentaciones del portafolio y de las soluciones de la compañía a prospectos y clientes.
- Negociar contratos y propuestas comerciales, garantizando la alineación entre los intereses de la empresa y los del cliente.
- Mantener una relación cercana con la cartera de clientes, promoviendo la retención y oportunidades de upselling y cross-selling.
- Colaborar con los equipos internos para garantizar una experiencia excepcional para el cliente.
- Monitorear las tendencias del mercado y la competencia, identificando oportunidades para expandir la presencia de la empresa.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experiencia comprobada en ventas B2B para empresas medianas y grandes, especialmente en soluciones tecnológicas relacionadas con SAP, OneStream o sistemas ERP y de gestión empresarial similares.
- Capacidad demostrada para alcanzar y superar objetivos de ventas.
- Experiencia comprobada en consultoría de al menos 3 años.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo en un entorno dinámico.
- Familiaridad con herramientas CRM (como Salesforce, HubSpot o similares).
- Experiencia en ventas consultivas y/o comercialización de soluciones complejas.
- Dominio del idioma inglés.
