About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for ongoing support of cloud-based products and solutions.
- Assist in resolving customer issues throughout the entire incident/problem lifecycle.
- Plan and execute improvements and maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction and the delivery of high-quality, value-added solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge and experience in full configuration of the standard SAP product within your area of responsibility.
- Consultant with at least 3 years of experience in Support & Enhancements or Projects.
- Knowledge of Brazil Localization Taxbra (mandatory).
- Functional ABAP knowledge (debugging) and advanced English – desirable.
