Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the technical foundation of cutting-edge AI and cloud products.
Ensure our intelligent agents run at scale, securely, and with high performance.
Work within a modern cloud architecture context.
Define cross-cutting technical standards for agents and services.
Ensure observability, guardrails, and stable production operations.
Support CI/CD pipelines and environment management in Kubernetes.
Solve complex performance and availability issues.
Guide partner teams on readiness and production deployments.
Perform advanced troubleshooting on integrations and infrastructure.
Influence architecture decisions and the technical roadmap.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Architect, or senior technical authority.
Strong expertise in distributed architecture, security, performance, and scalability.
Extensive experience with Kubernetes/OKE, CI/CD, and observability.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting production systems and handling critical incidents.
Knowledge of systems integration, APIs, and messaging.
Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar).
Prior experience working in a cloud environment (preferably OCI or similar).
