About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical leadership for the AI agents initiative, defining standards and best practices.
Guide partners on technical solutions by reviewing architecture, code, and integrations.
Design, validate, and optimize prompts, agentic flows, and RAG strategies.
Ensure compliance with Oracle/client architecture and technical governance.
Remove technical blockers and support product decision-making.
Document decisions, flows, and integrations clearly and in a reusable manner.
Serve as a bridge between business, architecture, and development teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior experience as a Tech Lead, Architect, or technical Product Owner.
Hands-on experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering.
Strong knowledge of Python, LangChain/LangGraph, and RAG.
Experience with Vector DBs, API integrations, and databases.
Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and Oracle Autonomous Database.
Previous work with cloud AI platforms (preferably OCI).
Ability to document technical decisions and lead delivery governance.
Availability for a hybrid work model and engagement under PJ contracting.
