About the role
- Lead workshops and translate requirements into functional designs
- Configure S/4HANA service processes
- Design and maintain Service Contract processes
- Manage defects and deliver releases in CRM/S/4HANA Service
- Create and maintain configuration documents and user guides
- Triage and resolve complex incidents
Requirements
- 7 to 10+ years of experience in SAP roles
- More than 5 years specifically in SAP CRM Service
- More than 3 years in S/4HANA Service Management
- Experience configuring transaction types and item categories
- Hands-on experience in S/4HANA Service: service orders, quotations, and service contracts
- Strong experience integrating modules (SD, PM, PS, PTP, RTR, ECM, SSAM, and SAP FSM)
