About the role

  • Manage S/4HANA FI/CO projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and alignment with business requirements
  • Provide support for basic SAP module configurations (FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR)
  • Act as the point of contact between technical teams and key users, translating requirements into practical solutions
  • Configure and implement processes in the FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules
  • Support integrations with the SD module, ensuring consistency across sales, billing, and finance processes
  • Lead workshops and training sessions for users and stakeholders
  • Identify improvements and optimizations in SAP processes, proposing innovative solutions
  • Manage stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and close relationships with business areas

Requirements

  • Solid experience in SAP FI/CO (mid-level)
  • Additional knowledge of SAP SD (integration with FI/CO)
  • Previous experience in project management, preferably in SAP environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Intermediate to advanced English is a plus
  • SAP certification in FI/CO or SD is a plus
  • Experience in rollout or implementation projects
  • Experience working in large organizations or multinational companies
