Key responsibilities & impact

Provides QA leadership and expertise on Avum's government programs
Leads test strategy development
Mentors QA staff
Drives test automation frameworks
Serves as functional expert for quality processes
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and test plans
Architect and maintain automated test frameworks (Playwright, TypeScript, Selenium)
Mentor junior QA specialists on processes, standards, and best practices
Lead user story paving and quality process improvement initiatives
Perform code reviews on automation team members' code
Collaborate with development, functional, and government teams on quality
Provide functional expertise and leadership to government stakeholders on quality compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
7+ years of QA experience with 3+ in senior/lead roles
Strong test automation skills (Playwright, Selenium, or similar)
Active Secret clearance
U.S. citizenship required
Experience with JIRA, test management tools, and CI/CD integration
