About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and application features (Java, Spring Boot)
Lead code quality through peer reviews, best practices enforcement, and documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve production/pre-production issues with root cause analysis
Mentor junior and mid-level developers on technical skills and best practices
Serve as technical point of contact for cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
7+ years of software development experience
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and enterprise application development
Active Secret clearance
U.S. citizenship required
Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices
