Key responsibilities & impact

Support program execution and delivery by overseeing daily operations and workstream coordination
Manage risk and issue identification, documentation, and mitigation tracking
Serve as key liaison between government clients and internal delivery teams
Drive advancement of program roadmap and strategic initiatives
Coordinate subcontractor performance and deliverable tracking
Prepare program status reports, metrics, and executive briefings
Ensure compliance with contract deliverables, CDRL schedules, and quality standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
8+ years of program/project management experience in federal IT
PMP certification
Active Secret clearance
U.S. citizenship required
Experience with DoD contract management and CPARS
