About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lifecycle governance: Drive end-to-end optimization of Salesforce CPQ, translating complex commercial strategies into sophisticated product offers, pricing logic, and automated approval workflows.
  • Quote-to-cash alignment: Ensure the CPQ engine accurately reflects real pricing structures and contractual processes, smoothing the path from initial quote to finance-ready data.
  • Scalable system design: Lead the evolution of core data models and Flow automations, ensuring the platform is built for long-term performance rather than short-term fixes.
  • M&A and migration leadership: Serve as the technical lead for CRM migrations and system consolidations, maintaining a unified and robust data model during global expansions and entity integrations.
  • Strategic GTM advisor: Work directly with Sales, RevOps, and Finance leadership to translate high-level business requirements into scalable technical configurations.
  • Revenue operations synergy: Collaborate closely with Data and RevOps teams to ensure optimal system coherence, with a focus on pipeline visibility and reliable reporting across the customer lifecycle.
  • System integrity and performance: Maintain high standards for data quality and system health, making the platform a trusted source of truth adopted by GTM teams.
  • Proactive issue resolution: Identify and remove friction points within the Salesforce ecosystem, going beyond maintenance to drive continuous platform improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong background in Salesforce administration, with a proven track record managing complex organizations.
  • Demonstrable experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or subscription-based companies.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and the customer lifecycle.
  • Experience supporting CRM migrations or integrations is highly valued.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
  • Change management: Experience leading CRM integrations or migrations, ideally in M&A or high-growth contexts.
  • Language proficiency: French (C2), professional working proficiency in English.
