- Serve as a key leader responsible for elevating the customer experience.

- Promote quality customer service among staff by acting as a positive role model.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns and/or seek appropriate assistance from other management or staff as required.
- Assist in providing proper counter coverage based on business needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, training, and motivation.
- Implement effective conflict resolution strategies.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 of management experience in the high-end luxury retail, cosmetics, fragrance, and makeup industry.
- Minimum of 3 years retail experience, preferably in luxury retail setting.
- Strong leadership and staff development experience.
- Ability to coach and develop staff in areas of sales, service and merchandising.
- Ability to balance activities that drive both short and long-term business results in a fast-paced environment.
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize efforts to achieve objectives.
- Relationship oriented (internally and externally).
- Confident, articulate and energetic.
- Flexibility to work various shifts according to business needs.
