About the role

  • Act as an intermediary position for location’s Senior/Director of Operations
  • Ensure restaurants within assigned Terminal/Concourse/zone are clean, staffed, open for business
  • Hold assigned General Manager(s) accountable
  • Responsible for scheduling managers to ensure leader-decision maker on site during operations
  • Interviews candidates for key jobs and makes hiring/term decisions
  • Reads and understands financial and operational data to monitor progress towards goals

Requirements

  • Documented experience managing types of restaurants (QSR, Casual Dine, Full Service)
  • Overall responsibility for success and failure of restaurants for multiple annual cycles
  • 3 years of concurrent multi-unit, multi-concept management experience or 5 years for large zones
  • Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for a portion of experience requirement
  • Demonstrates team management, delegation and issue resolution skills.
