About the role
- Act as an intermediary position for location’s Senior/Director of Operations
- Ensure restaurants within assigned Terminal/Concourse/zone are clean, staffed, open for business
- Hold assigned General Manager(s) accountable
- Responsible for scheduling managers to ensure leader-decision maker on site during operations
- Interviews candidates for key jobs and makes hiring/term decisions
- Reads and understands financial and operational data to monitor progress towards goals
Requirements
- Documented experience managing types of restaurants (QSR, Casual Dine, Full Service)
- Overall responsibility for success and failure of restaurants for multiple annual cycles
- 3 years of concurrent multi-unit, multi-concept management experience or 5 years for large zones
- Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for a portion of experience requirement
- Demonstrates team management, delegation and issue resolution skills.
