About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues with care and efficiency
- Managing order tracking, invoicing, returns, and discrepancies
- Supporting the sales team with quotes, stock queries, and reporting
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Identifying opportunities to improve our processes and customer experience
- Ensuring customer complaints are handled fairly, quickly, and effectively.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic computer skills and a keen eye for detail
- A proactive attitude and strong communication skills (telephone, online and email)
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and able to work under own initiative.
