About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consults with customers on design, development and maintenance of product
- Coordinates installation procedures
- Assists sales channel, field teams and customers with technical solutions
- Assists in analyzing data to determine feasibility of product proposal
- Resolves all technical and process related issues
- Consults with other technology staff to evaluate operational and performance requirements
- Prepares or directs preparation of product or system layout
- Communicates Engineering Change Notifications to production, sales, and customer engineering team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Mastery knowledge of industry best practices and disciplines
- Typically 8+ years of experience with bachelor's or equivalent
- A+ Certification is required
- Position may require travel
