About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Management, administration and further development of the SAP HR system landscape
- Analysis, prioritization and resolution of incidents during ongoing operations
- Support and advising of the HR and Payroll departments
- Implementation of legal and collective bargaining changes in the HR system
- Participation in national and international projects and rollouts
- Execution of tests and ensuring quality and documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid knowledge of SAP HCM, in particular the modules: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (PT), Payroll (PY)
- Good knowledge of HR processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, master data maintenance, time management)
- Experience with Workday is an advantage
- Experience in customizing within the SAP HR environment
- Basic ABAP knowledge and debugging skills are an advantage
- Experience with interfaces (e.g., IDoc, APIs, middleware)
- Confident use of ticketing systems, ideally ServiceNow
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- High service and customer orientation
- Strong communication skills at the IT–HR interface
- Team player with a high degree of reliability
- Discretion in handling sensitive personnel data
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Good English skills
- Workday knowledge
- GDPR experience in the HR environment
- Experience with international HR processes and project management
