About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Combine inside sales/customer service with technical knowledge to sell to Defense and Aerospace customers
  • Develop and manage relationships with assigned customers/accounts
  • Identify sales opportunities to increase market share
  • Respond to customer information requests promptly
  • Monitor sales activities to meet customer requirements
  • Coordinate sales efforts with internal resources
  • Provide accurate pricing, quotes, and product information
  • Maintain sales with existing accounts through high levels of customer service

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of two years of related experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Technical/systems knowledge in sales
  • Ability to identify new qualified customers
  • Intermediate knowledge of systems such as SAP, ERP, order management
  • Working knowledge of Excel, QuoteFX, SupplierWin, PowerPoint, WebEx
