About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Combines inside sales/customer service and technical/systems knowledge to sell products, services and solutions
  • Develops and manages trusted relationships for assigned customers/accounts
  • Promotes company options and solutions to customers on a regular basis
  • Identifies sales opportunities to deliver focused market/brand solutions
  • Consistently delivers revenue or profit that supports and drives the account/customer to meet financial sales metrics
  • Initiates and answers sales inquiries directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers to promote product offerings
  • Monitors/follows up on sales activities throughout the process
  • Maintains and expands sales with existing accounts through high level of customer service

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically requires one year of related experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Experienced in the utilization of ERP and CRM systems
  • Identify and follow up on upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Ethical decision-making and critical thinking skills developed
  • Exhibit strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Capable of learning and retaining working knowledge of product lines and services, and company policies, procedures, and computer systems
