About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Combines inside sales/customer service and technical/systems knowledge to sell products, services and solutions
- Develops and manages trusted relationships for assigned customers/accounts
- Promotes company options and solutions to customers on a regular basis
- Identifies sales opportunities to deliver focused market/brand solutions
- Consistently delivers revenue or profit that supports and drives the account/customer to meet financial sales metrics
- Initiates and answers sales inquiries directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers to promote product offerings
- Monitors/follows up on sales activities throughout the process
- Maintains and expands sales with existing accounts through high level of customer service
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires one year of related experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Experienced in the utilization of ERP and CRM systems
- Identify and follow up on upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Ethical decision-making and critical thinking skills developed
- Exhibit strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Capable of learning and retaining working knowledge of product lines and services, and company policies, procedures, and computer systems
