About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary technical liaison between our company and customers
- Provide in-depth product knowledge, technical support, and strategic guidance
- Identify, define, implement, and support hardware and software based solutions
- Maintains knowledge of products, competitors, technology, and customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interface with the company
- Develop strong, strategic relationships with customers to deliver business value propositions
- Provide leadership and guidance in customer planning and engagement
- Conduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Minimum of 5+ years experience
- Proficiency in electronic components, systems, and industry standards
- Strong Technical Knowledge
- Ability to identify customer needs and apply company’s value proposition to drive sales growth
- Develops strategic relationships for shared success
- Solid understanding of business, financials, products/services, and market needs of assigned accounts
- Emerging market trends understanding
- Complexity in sales/account management process
