Director, HRIS and People Analytics
AvnetDirector responsible for leading the HRIS and people analytics strategy at Avnet. Collaboration with HR leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to improve data-driven decisions and employee experience.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of HRIS platforms
- Oversee HRIS architecture, integrations, and system upgrades
- Ensure data governance, data integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations
- Partner with IT to manage system security, access controls, and technical integrations
- Build and lead the organization’s people analytics function
- Develop and improve workforce dashboards, predictive analytics models, and executive reports
- Provide insights into key HR metrics
- Translate HR data into actionable recommendations for leadership
- Manage vendor relationships and HR technology roadmaps
- Drive automation and digital transformation within HR operations
- Lead and develop an HRIS team of managers, analysts, data analysts, and technology specialists
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, IT, and executive leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically 10+ years including 5+ years of management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained
