About the role
- Provide expert technical guidance on suppliers’ products.
- Handle technical requests from internal and external customers to deliver high-quality online support.
- Collaborate with global teams and suppliers to identify new product and technology opportunities.
- Provide strategic recommendations on technology, applications, and solutions to grow revenue and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of working experience in a similar position.
- Foundational knowledge of specialized disciplines, industry practices and standards, acquired via academic instruction and/or relevant work experience.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical specifications to develop appropriate solutions.
