Plan, schedule and coordinate efficient movement of material by planning, setting up and releasing work orders to provide continuous product flow and on-time delivery of customer orders
Manage stock holding and replenishment parameters within Logility planning software to meet availability and inventory budget KPIs
Lead collaboration between buyers and operational teams to review product availability, service levels, supplier delivery performance and forecast accuracy
Generate strategic investment proposals using internal and external indicators (competitor stock, supplier high runner data, web views)
Proactively seek improvements to forecast accuracy and inventory planning within DRP software
Communicate Demand Planning related insight to the wider business through reporting, analysis, and meetings
Work with Product Divisions to support promotions, hit rebate thresholds or generate return offset orders
Requirements
Experience in Demand Planning including DRP/MRP systems and supply chain planning
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Good inter-personal skills, displaying persuasiveness or assertiveness as well as sensitivity to the views of others
Ability to think and problem-solve within broad functional guidelines
Effective time management / prioritization skills
SQL knowledge (desirable)
Experience managing stock holding and replenishment parameters (Logility experience not essential)
Typically 5+ years experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
May be required to maintain certification in a quality management method (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
