About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build, monitor, and analyze strategic Human Resources metrics;
Develop dashboards and management reports to support leadership decision-making;
Automate processes and data analysis routines using Excel, VBA and Python;
Structure and track recruiting and selection, performance, turnover, and other people-related metrics;
Plan, administer, and analyze engagement, climate, and organizational alignment surveys;
Turn data into clear presentations and actionable recommendations for different stakeholders;
Organize databases, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability;
Support strategic People Analytics, Organizational Design, and People Management projects;
Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and propose solutions that generate business impact.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Analytical, curious, and data-driven profile;
Excellent communication skills to translate complex information into simple, actionable insights;
Organized with strong priority management skills;
Advanced Excel and knowledge of VBA;
Knowledge of Python for data processing and automation;
Experience building dashboards, preferably in Looker Studio or similar BI tools;
Knowledge of HR metrics and processes such as recruitment and selection, performance, turnover, and climate surveys;
Comfortable working collaboratively with different departments and leadership;
Previous experience in People Analytics, BI, or HR data analysis is a plus;
Eagerness to learn, innovate, and drive impact through data.
