About the role
- Prospect and contact potential clients to present our products and services;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty;
- Present the benefits and features of products persuasively and convincingly;
- Monitor the sales process from prospecting through closing, ensuring an efficient workflow;
- Manage relationships with key clients;
- Develop and manage business plans;
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements;
- Monitor and improve sales and service processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in insurance brokerages;
- Knowledge of Surety Bond insurance (Seguro Garantia);
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills;
- Results-oriented with strong motivation to meet targets;
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships;
- Basic knowledge of negotiation and closing techniques;
- Ability to work with targets and under pressure.
