About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Shape the digital future of the Service and Aftersales business
Analyze existing Service and Aftersales processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation
Transform paper-based or manual workflows into modern digital processes
Develop a future-ready systems and process landscape for the Service and Aftersales functions
Optimize ERP-supported business processes using modern digital tools and methods
Align requirements with business departments and translate them into technical solution approaches
Evaluate, select, and implement suitable software solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Manage external service providers and implementation partners
Contribute to a long-term digitalization and systems roadmap
Identify and evaluate new technologies, automation opportunities, and AI use cases
Support the entire process—from requirements gathering and system and service-provider selection through implementation in day-to-day operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in digitalization, business applications, process management, or IT project management
Knowledge of machine learning, cloud technologies, databases (SQL), or programming (e.g., Java, Python)
Experience with ERP environments and the integration of different enterprise applications
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Experience working with external service providers and software vendors
Very good German and good English skills
Preferred: Experience with process modeling and business process management
Preferred: Knowledge of automation, workflow management, or AI-supported business processes
Preferred: Basic understanding of modern IT infrastructure and cloud solutions
