About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive Position Management in SAP Human Capital Management and SAP Organizational Management to support precise personnel cost planning
  • Contribute to quarterly personnel cost planning in collaboration with the HR team in Graz
  • Handle business card requests for employees independently
  • Safeguard and continuously improve data quality in SAP HCM with international HR colleagues
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports to support decision-making
  • Coordinate appointments and support the preparation and refinement of presentations
  • Act as the central contact point for international SAP HCM and SAP OM support, providing expert guidance to HR colleagues in affiliates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree in Business Administration or a related field (University of Applied Sciences, University or equivalent commercial education)
  • Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong IT affinity and openness to quickly learn and master new systems and topics
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong analytical mindset with a high level of numerical literacy
  • Ideally, prior experience with SAP HCM/OM
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • SAP and Nexon knowledge are an advantage
  • Structured, solution-oriented way of working with the ability to meet deadlines reliably
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and enthusiasm for working in an international environment
  • English CV required
