About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding standardized HR and Global Mobility inquiries
  • Operational support of business travel, assignments, and relocation processes
  • Preparation and coordination of mobility-related documentation, certificates and reports
  • Support in ensuring compliance with labor law, internal policies, and mobility guidelines
  • Coordination with internal interfaces (HR Business Partners, Payroll, Global Mobility)
  • Administration and maintenance of employee and assignment data in HR systems
  • Actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes, standards, and methodologies in an international context

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed education (apprenticeship, college, university, or equivalent) with a focus on Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field
  • First practical experience in HR Administration, ideally with exposure to Global Mobility, international assignments, or expatriate management
  • Experience with HR systems (SAP HCM) and MS Office is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, with a strong hands-on mentality
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to take responsibility in an international, multicultural environment
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2), as well as good English language skills
