About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the conception and implementation of HR projects collaborating closely with HR teams in Germany and Austria (e.g., process optimization, new HR formats, tools or initiatives)
- Create presentations, decision papers and communication materials for various stakeholders
- Conduct general analyses and surveys and prepare data reports
- Support preliminary planning, event management and coordination
- Cooperate and negotiate with external service providers (e.g., hotels, catering companies)
- Research and prepare information on HR-relevant topics
- Actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes, standards, and methodologies in an international context
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, or a related field
- Very good Microsoft Office 365 skills; SAP (e.g., SuccessFactors) knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, with a strong hands-on mentality
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take responsibility in an international, multicultural environment
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to see the big picture
- Very good German skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level), as well as good English skills
