About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop custom Salesforce applications (Apex – backend, Lightning Web Components – frontend)
Implement and automate business processes using Salesforce Flows and Triggers
Support the full development lifecycle: development, testing, debugging, and optimization
Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews
Manage data-related activities such as migration, validation, and data quality improvements
Perform Salesforce platform administration tasks, including: User and access management (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets), Data model maintenance (Objects, Fields, Validation Rules), Sandbox and change management processes
Integrate external systems (e.g., ERP or marketing tools) via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware solutions (e.g., MuleSoft)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer / Consultant
Strong programming skills in Apex and JavaScript
Nice to have: SQL/SOQL and HTML/CSS knowledge
Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform administration (Core Platform)
Practical experience with Salesforce Flows (from basic to advanced)
Understanding of GDPR and data governance principles
Experience working in complex, enterprise Salesforce environments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Good communication skills
Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs; MuleSoft is a plus)
English proficiency (required)
German language skills (nice to have)
Nice to have: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II)
Salesforce Data Cloud experience
Agentforce knowledge
