About the role
- Strategic expansion of existing sales areas within designated testing organizations
- Identification and targeted approach to relevant decision-makers within testing organizations
- Conduct market analyses and derive opportunities in the areas of autonomous driving, electrification and ePTI
- Initiation, development and implementation of projects in cooperation with internal departments and customers
- Build, maintain and continuously expand a network within testing organizations
- Monitor and assess regulatory and technological developments in the market environment
- Actively contribute to the further development of the sales team through knowledge sharing and experience transfer
- Direct reporting line to the Head of Sales
Requirements
- Mandatory: Experience in the field of testing organizations
- Solid technical education (university of applied sciences or university) in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in technical B2B sales with a strong customer focus
- Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout Germany
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking and strong negotiation skills
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Professional demeanor, persuasive communication skills and solution-oriented consulting competence
- Enthusiasm for the future of mobility, new technologies and the automotive industry
