About the role

  • Strategic expansion of existing sales areas within designated testing organizations
  • Identification and targeted approach to relevant decision-makers within testing organizations
  • Conduct market analyses and derive opportunities in the areas of autonomous driving, electrification and ePTI
  • Initiation, development and implementation of projects in cooperation with internal departments and customers
  • Build, maintain and continuously expand a network within testing organizations
  • Monitor and assess regulatory and technological developments in the market environment
  • Actively contribute to the further development of the sales team through knowledge sharing and experience transfer
  • Direct reporting line to the Head of Sales

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Experience in the field of testing organizations
  • Solid technical education (university of applied sciences or university) in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in technical B2B sales with a strong customer focus
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout Germany
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking and strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Professional demeanor, persuasive communication skills and solution-oriented consulting competence
  • Enthusiasm for the future of mobility, new technologies and the automotive industry
