About the role
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients (order follow-up, information requests, billing inquiries, etc.)
- Provide administrative support to the department (management of promotional items, document archiving, customer account setup, report writing, sending budgets, etc.)
- Review call-for-tender files from initiation through submission
- Ensure price validation, update price changes in the SAP system, and communicate them to sales representatives
- Analyze quotation requests to provide fair pricing to clients
- Keep the contract tracking table up to date
- Analyze transportation rates and customer profitability
- Support the sales team with their daily requests
- Perform any other related duties
Requirements
- 2–5 years' experience in sales representation
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proven experience in client development
- Strong computer skills (Excel and Microsoft Office Suite)
- Bilingual – French and English, spoken and written
- DEC (College Diploma) in Sales, Business Management, or other relevant training combined with professional experience (an asset)
- Solid knowledge of the aviation and fuels sector (an asset)
