About the role

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients (order follow-up, information requests, billing inquiries, etc.)
  • Provide administrative support to the department (management of promotional items, document archiving, customer account setup, report writing, sending budgets, etc.)
  • Review call-for-tender files from initiation through submission
  • Ensure price validation, update price changes in the SAP system, and communicate them to sales representatives
  • Analyze quotation requests to provide fair pricing to clients
  • Keep the contract tracking table up to date
  • Analyze transportation rates and customer profitability
  • Support the sales team with their daily requests
  • Perform any other related duties

Requirements

  • 2–5 years' experience in sales representation
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Proven experience in client development
  • Strong computer skills (Excel and Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Bilingual – French and English, spoken and written
  • DEC (College Diploma) in Sales, Business Management, or other relevant training combined with professional experience (an asset)
  • Solid knowledge of the aviation and fuels sector (an asset)
