Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and maintain integrations between key business systems, including NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe, Shopify, and other platforms.
Develop scalable Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, and other Salesforce platform tools.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements.
Ensure data integrity and synchronization across all connected business systems.
Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track integration health and operational performance.
Assist in the creation and execution of data migration strategies for new system implementations.
Act as the first point of contact for issues related to system integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors, working with internal teams and vendors as needed.
Document system changes, update technical documentation, and support end-user training.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or business systems developer with strong Salesforce platform experience.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Custom Objects, Permission Sets, Reports, and Dashboards.
Strong understanding of APIs, REST, and data integration best practices.
Experience with scripting languages (Python), Javascript and SQL for data manipulation.
Ability to identify root causes and recommend data-driven solutions.
Experience working with version control and deployment tools such as Git, Salesforce CLI, change sets, or CI/CD pipelines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
