About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, maintain and enhance performance dashboards and reports, ensuring the reliability, standardization, and availability of information to support decision-making for Revenue Management, Commercial and Operations.
- Perform critical analyses of business indicators, identifying trends, opportunities and performance deviations, turning data into actionable insights to improve results.
- Lead data consolidation and governance efforts, ensuring data quality, integrity and traceability across multiple systems and corporate data sources.
- Support strategic and budgetary planning by building studies, simulations and projections that help define targets and revenue drivers.
- Engage with business areas to gather requirements, translating operational and strategic needs into appropriate BI solutions and analytical models.
- Automate analysis processes and routines to increase efficiency, reduce manual tasks and improve scalability of the team’s deliverables.
- Continuously monitor the performance of key indicators (KPIs), conducting comparative analyses of actuals, forecasts and budgets, and recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare executive presentations and ad hoc studies, communicating results and findings clearly and concisely to different levels of the organization.
- Serve as a technical reference for BI and data analysis tools, supporting the development of analysts and promoting best practices within the team.
- Ensure timely delivery and high quality of outputs, prioritizing work according to business impact and strategic alignment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Proficiency in SQL (Oracle and MySQL)
- Experience with Google Analytics and Data Studio
- Advanced Excel
- Advanced Microsoft Access
- Experience with BI systems (Power BI and/or Qlik)
- Knowledge of BI metrics and concepts
- Experience generating insights and creating/managing KPIs
- Familiarity with survey tools (SurveyMonkey, QuestionPro, Google Forms, etc.)
