About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide consultative service via WhatsApp, phone, chatbot, Instagram and other channels provided by the company;
- Identify customers' needs and present the best accommodation, ticket, package and experience solutions according to their profile;
- Prepare quotes, make reservations and close sales, ensuring the correct application of current commercial and pricing policies;
- Work to convert incoming opportunities, aiming to meet sales, revenue, conversion and productivity targets;
- Carry out relationship-building, follow-up and opportunity-recovery activities to increase conversion and customer loyalty;
- Provide support to customers throughout the entire purchase journey, answering questions and delivering a differentiated customer service experience;
- Ensure the quality of records and information in the company's systems, ensuring proper formalization of sales;
- Monitor payments, reservation confirmations, voucher issuance and other steps necessary to complete the sale;
- Participate in trainings, commercial campaigns and development activities promoted by the company;
- Comply with the quality, productivity, service and customer experience standards established by the department.
