About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze and process sales of fixed assets, issuing sales invoices, generating payment slips (boletos), obtaining signatures on contracts, performing collections for delinquent accounts, issuing settlement statements and/or authorizations for deeds, executing the accounting write-off of these sales in the system, and reporting effectiveness and financial gains.
  • Monitor and carry out procedures related to vehicle sales, from issuing fiscal documents and transfers to write-off in CAF/accounting, ensuring integrity in the process for future audits and security in fixed asset controls.
  • Request, analyze, and classify fees and taxes, organizing the payment process and monitoring payment schedules against the current calendar, improving controls and security to satisfy municipal, state, and federal audits.
  • Record invoices classified as comodato (loan-for-use), rental, demonstration, and guarantees; process returns and internal controls; review all documentation and enter data into control spreadsheets to ensure safekeeping of third-party assets and avoid unnecessary losses.
  • Manage active lease contracts, ensuring renewals and compliance, with the goal of generating new revenue.
  • Analyze and reconcile asset inventories through rolling spot checks, increasing confidence in physical and accounting reports.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Accounting knowledge (desirable).
