About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure excellence in service to Vacation Club customers via phone calls, email, or WhatsApp with a sense of urgency, aiming to resolve contractual, reservation, and financial inquiries.
  • Proactively assist customers through outbound outreach to ensure their questions or requests are resolved effectively.
  • Process reservations and changes requested by customers.
  • Assist customers with payment of outstanding installments, completing the required percentage of payment to enable the release of points for use.
  • Check accommodation availability when exceptions are required, in order to meet customers' needs.
  • Record all information and actions taken during service in the registration/system and perform customer record updates.
  • Support sales offices in creating guaranteed reservations at the point of sale to facilitate conversion.
  • Provide support to reception teams, especially on check-in days, to expedite check-in and avoid guest congestion in hotel lobbies.
  • Understand and advise customers regarding cancellation requests, performing first-level retention/containment and, if necessary, directing them to the formal cancellation request process.
