About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a strategic partner to managers and directors, supporting the analysis and monitoring of monthly performance results
- Consolidate, analyze and interpret operational, financial and customer experience metrics (e.g., occupancy, revenue, average ticket, NPS, etc.)
- Identify performance deviations from targets and conduct structured root-cause analyses
- Support the design and facilitation of executive performance forums (performance meetings, committees, presentations to the board)
- Lead the breakdown of strategic planning into targets, KPIs and initiatives, from the executive level (CEO) down to managers and supervisors
- Ensure alignment between strategy and execution, maintaining consistency in KPI and target definition across the organization
- Structure and monitor action plans to improve results, ensuring execution discipline (follow-up, deadlines and ownership)
- Apply performance management and continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, root cause analysis, initiative prioritization)
- Develop studies and analyses to support decision-making (e.g., performance by business unit, seasonality, demand behavior)
- Support the enhancement of tools, dashboards and management reports
- Act as a change agent, promoting a data- and results-driven culture
- Interface with diverse areas (Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Experience, etc.)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related fields
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in strategic planning, performance management or business intelligence
- Experience analyzing metrics and managing targets
- Experience translating strategic plans into KPIs and tactical plans (from executive to operational levels)
- Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving ability
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience (data analysis and modeling)
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau or similar)
- Experience preparing executive presentations
- Practical knowledge and use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT or similar) applied to analysis, productivity and decision support
- Ability to construct effective prompts for AI in the context of analysis and strategic planning
- Experience in the tourism, hospitality, resorts or parks sector (preferred)
- Experience managing performance in complex or multi-service operations (preferred)
- Knowledge of methodologies such as PDCA, OKRs, Balanced Scorecard or similar (preferred)
- Experience with customer experience metrics (e.g., NPS, journey mapping, complaints) (preferred)
- Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis languages (preferred)
- Experience in continuous improvement or operational transformation projects (preferred)
- Ability to integrate AI into workflows to improve efficiency and analytical quality (preferred)
