About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maximize revenue by developing a sales strategy for each of the company’s market segments based on historical data.
  • Analyze consumer behavior to determine sales policies that generate the highest possible revenue.
  • Apply tactics grounded in disciplines that consider consumer behavior at a macroeconomic level, correctly positioning product and pricing to optimize revenue potential.
  • Monitor and manage demand to adjust price and availability based on customer behavior.
  • Increase RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room) and TrevPAR (Total Revenue per Available Room).
  • Analyze and determine optimal pricing for revenue-generating units.
  • Assess the balance between average daily rate, occupancy and distribution channels to identify opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Analyze the market and develop dynamic pricing strategies with the objective of maximizing revenue.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Hospitality, Tourism, IT, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Power BI basic/intermediate (understanding of data flow, Power Query, creation of basic measures).
  • Familiarity with PMS Opera, channel managers, extranets and RMS (desirable).
  • Experience in the leisure market (desirable).
