About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- GDT system (third-party registration; document approval)
- Monthly posting of supplier invoices and barter transactions
- Support organizing contract deadlines to ensure timely renewals
- Prepare RIM and SCI for all services and assets required by the safety area
- Ensure manuals, forms, and procedures related to safety are kept up to date
- Support CIPA elections
- Support SIPAT
- Onboarding documentation and MOBI
- File documentation (training lists), CAT, etc., and send to training owners/responsible parties
- Export and import certificates in systems
- Populate FAP information (incidents and employees' work areas)
- Record incident and accident information
- Prepare indicator/KPI presentations
- Provide social information and monitor medical submissions
- Send documentation for safety assessments and timekeeping
- Create temporary PPE requisitions in the system
- Provide support on other duties as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma required; college degree in progress or completed
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
