About the role

  • Register products and services to be acquired by the company in the CM Totvs system, configuring their respective tax settings and accounting entries.
  • Register products and services sold by the company in the CM Totvs and Multivendas systems, configuring the applicable tax rules and accounting entries for the items, and specifying the corresponding points of sale and product pricing.
  • Register and maintain up-to-date customer and supplier information in the CM Totvs system, verifying the details contained in the Registration and Tax Status Certificate available from the Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal), and indicating the corresponding accounting entries.
  • Execute routines in the CM Totvs system for system updates, inventory updates, backlog/holding dates and movements.
  • Record bank information in the CM Totvs system and configure the accounting entries required for posting the company’s payables and receivables, using the registration of modifiers, disbursements, receipts and document types.
  • Create and maintain chart of accounts entries in the CM Totvs system and their associations with cost centers.
