About the role
- Define and monitor rules, metrics and data quality levels
- Act as guardian of data governance, security and LGPD
- Prioritize requests and manage the analytics backlog
- Serve as the technical interface between BI, business and IT on structural topics
- Validate critical data and numeric exceptions
- Analyze significant performance deviations and communicate impacts
- Produce and disseminate strategic insights
- Define standards, templates and best practices for the area
- Mentor Junior and Pleno (mid-level) analysts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields
- SQL (Oracle and MySQL)
- Google Analytics / Google Data Studio
- Advanced Excel
- Advanced Microsoft Access
- BI systems (Power BI and/or Qlik)
- BI metrics and concepts
- Experience in insights and KPI creation/management
- Survey tools (SurveyMonkey, QuestionPro, Google Forms, etc.)
- Revenue Management (desirable)
- Google Trends (desirable)
- Knowledge of OKRs (desirable)
- Metrics and concepts of STAGING / ETL / DW / DM (desirable)
- Python (desirable)
