About the role

  • Develop, plan and execute Trade Marketing activities aligned with the Aviva Calendar (macro and micro), focused on the Loyalty business unit, aiming to increase traffic, engagement and commercial performance at customer touchpoints in sales showrooms.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of the sales journey for the Clube de Férias, Hot Park Passports, InCasa and InCanto products, ensuring an integrated experience between marketing and sales.
  • Work on brand positioning and communications for Aviva’s loyalty products and benefits directed at conventional customers, directly supporting conversion and sales-generation strategies.
  • Execute marketing activations aimed at qualified lead generation.
  • Maintain constant interaction with Sales and Customer Service teams, supporting the organization of campaigns, POS materials, sales approach training and monitoring of results.
  • Monitor performance indicators for activities (lead generation, conversion, average ticket, traffic/flow and engagement), preparing analyses and reports to continuously optimize strategies.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Intermediate MS Office skills;
  • Knowledge of trade marketing, visual communication and sales engagement initiatives;
  • Knowledge of Communications, Branding and Sales;
  • Experience planning direct customer initiatives;
  • Basic knowledge of Trade Marketing, Promotional Marketing and POS activities;
  • Familiarity with planning and executing activations at POS and events;
  • Desirable: knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Planner, Miro, Canva);
  • Desirable: experience in performance marketing;
  • Desirable: experience in the timeshare segment;
  • Desirable: familiarity with commercial performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics;
  • Desirable: basic English proficiency.
