About the role

  • Advise and care for our patients, including in the areas of wound care, enteral nutrition therapy, outpatient infusion therapy, stoma care and absorbent incontinence
  • Regularly review therapy through patient visits and document progress
  • Provide support and maintain communication with all parties involved in the therapy
  • Work closely with the internal team (back office) to support activities such as prescription management

Requirements

  • Qualified Registered Nurse or Geriatric Nurse (m/f/d)
  • Confident and personable appearance
  • Experience in outpatient/homecare settings desirable
  • Strong teamwork skills and service-oriented mindset
  • Independent and goal-oriented working style
  • Valid Class B driver's license (car)
