About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Account management and development of key accounts: You are responsible for a high-value customer portfolio and strategically and sustainably develop existing business relationships.
- Expansion of your sales territory: In addition to servicing existing customers, you proactively identify new market opportunities and win new business partners.
- Consultative advice: You analyze the individual requirements of your customers and develop appropriate marketing and growth solutions.
- On-site presence: You are regularly on site, conduct professional advisory meetings and position yourself as a reliable point of contact.
- Independent management of your territory: You plan your activities in a structured way, prioritize market opportunities sensibly and document your work professionally in the CRM.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of field sales / outside sales experience: You know the dynamics of a demanding sales territory and are confident in personal customer engagements.
- Proven sales success: You are skilled at building stable customer relationships and sustainably developing revenue potential.
- Confidence in dealing with decision-makers: Whether CEOs, owners or experienced market participants — you present yourself professionally, reliably and persuasively.
- High degree of self-responsibility and organizational skills: You work independently, think commercially and manage your territory efficiently.
- Ideally experience in a B2B environment: Preferably in real estate, digital media, platform businesses, SaaS or consultative sales.
