About the role
- Responsible for the operational management of your team and its scope of duties
- Lead contract management for one of the departments
- Ensure quality standards for offers to internal and external customers
- Process contract amendments and terminations
- Maintain contracts in the system and monitor contract terms and expiration dates
- Coordinate billing and complaint handling
- Advise customers by phone and email, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Ensure economical use of resources and fair, timely processing of contracts
Requirements
- Several years of experience in order and complaint management
- Experience as a leader and expertise in developing team members
- Service- and customer-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Structured and detail-oriented working style
- Excellent knowledge in designing processes and SOPs, with a continuous improvement mindset
- University degree or completed commercial/business training
- Confident user of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Fluent German; good English skills desirable
