About the role

  • Responsible for the operational management of your team and its scope of duties
  • Lead contract management for one of the departments
  • Ensure quality standards for offers to internal and external customers
  • Process contract amendments and terminations
  • Maintain contracts in the system and monitor contract terms and expiration dates
  • Coordinate billing and complaint handling
  • Advise customers by phone and email, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Ensure economical use of resources and fair, timely processing of contracts

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in order and complaint management
  • Experience as a leader and expertise in developing team members
  • Service- and customer-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Structured and detail-oriented working style
  • Excellent knowledge in designing processes and SOPs, with a continuous improvement mindset
  • University degree or completed commercial/business training
  • Confident user of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Fluent German; good English skills desirable
